Outstanding issues with Posey Property Mgmt

  • I change them one a month per lease and have NEVER been offered this “friendly” reminder.
  • Which is why I am asking why/what this is.
  • I’m confused by this.  I rec’d two year, unsigned, lease last week– a week I was promised it (due to forgetfulness) that has a 9/29 drop dead date for signing or I go month-to-month @ $2,000/mo.
  • Nothing about best efforts  regarding rats, any additional tree trimming, gutters, leaking window and warped floors–
  • zero word about any upgrades or fixes to anything that was pointed out during recent walk-thru with JC.
  • What I did also receive, a week ago, was less than 3-4 hour notice that the weeping willow tree would be trimmed same day.
  • No question if that worked for me or courtesy call, but they came on property with gate and house locked; no confirmation from me.
  • I would have made special arrangements for my 14 year old pup NOT to be here, certainly would have closed the dog door during anything like sawing, limbs falling and folks walking on the roof.
  •  Again, all without regard for my acknowledgment and ok.  Isn’t protocol to communicate with me about time, or do they have full rights to make those decisions?
  • When JC walked thru, you were here, about the only thing he made a comment about was that THEY replaced the carpet in front room.
  • Oh he asked if his office knew about the leak in window.
  •  And if I had not insisted on him going thru the attic and back yard, he would have elected not to go thru either (in fact when asked, he said he didn’t need to go in attic or back yard).
  • I think the only pic he took was of the weeping willow–the very tree my neighbor, and HOA board member, complained about a month or so prior; a complaint I shared with them via neighbor.
  •  Didn’t seem to care about the hail beat screen that I was threatened about paying a fine for.  I’ve also been told that.
  • See 3 pics 1) trees 2) wood flooring in master peeling up from rain coming through window this week end…(was already doing this just worse now & John showed JC on his recent visit to property) 3) Window seal with no screen where water comes in
